Bill Perkins is President of Redcliff Realty Advisors Inc. Bill has over 20 years of experience in all facets of real estate investment including asset management, development, acquisitions and sales, leasing, and property management. Prior to joining Redcliff, Bill worked at Morguard Investments as Senior Vice President, responsible for acquisitions and syndication activity. Bill has also held positions of increasing responsibility with the Oxford Development Group, Cadillac Fairview Corporation, Campeau Corporation and Halifax Developments Limited. He has been an active participant in the real estate community serving on various related trade and business associations. Bill holds a BCom and an LLB from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia.

Sam Schembri is the Chief Financial Officer for Redcliff Realty Advisors. Sam is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, finance and corporate administration. He is a Chartered Accountant and has extensive experience in dealing with the financial and accounting aspects of managing real estate assets. Prior to Redcliff, Sam was with a real estate consulting and management firm for 7 years as Chief Financial Officer and with Price Waterhouse in Toronto for nearly 12 years.

Nick has over 25 years of experience in real estate development and redevelopment. He has
undertaken a variety of retail, office and industrial projects throughout his career as well as been involved with land development on a national scale. He is responsible for all aspects of development for Redcliff and provides a range of services that includes acquisition, development, leasing, project strategy, disposition and recognition of market opportunities. Nick has held senior management positions with several major real estate organizations including Cadillac Fairview, Gentra Inc. and Bentall Capital prior to joining Redcliff.

Julian is a senior real estate executive with over 20 years of corporate and institutional experience and is responsible for asset management on behalf of Redcliff’s clients. Prior to joining Redcliff in 2000, Julian gained extensive experience from Gentra Inc., PPM Real Estate Managers Ltd., The Prudential Assurance Company, BCE Development Corporation, Sutter Hill Developments Ltd. and Marathon Realty Company. Julian holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science from the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Engineering from the University of Toronto, and holds his Professional Engineer (Ontario) qualification.

David is the Senior Vice-President, Investments, Redcliff Realty Advisors Inc.
David was previously with Smart Centres (formerly First Pro Shopping Centres) as Senior Vice-President, Finance & Acquisitions, where he was responsible for the strategic development and the execution of Smart Centres’ capital needs. Mr. Robins has over 15 years experience in real estate investment involving finance, property transactions, banking, strategic planning and public markets while holding senior positions with CIBC World Markets Inc., Bramalea Inc. and Campeau Corporation. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo.

Frank has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial and accounting fields. He is responsible for dealing with all financial, accounting and reporting aspects of managing real estate investments for Redcliff’s clients. Frank joined Royal Trust in 1986 and provided financial and accounting support to the construction lending and real estate investment groups. Prior to that he spent 3 years with KPMG apprenticing as a public accountant. In 1993, he became Controller of RT Realty Advisors Inc., predecessor to Redcliff. Frank is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics Degree and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants
