Redcliff Realty Management Inc., a dynamic Canadian property management company that offers an exciting working environment is looking for a Marketing Director to join its team at Pine Centre Mall in Prince George British Columbia.
As Shopping Centre Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the overall marketing/promotional program and initiatives for a 500,000 sq. ft. enclosed regional shopping centre in Northern British Columbia including but not limited to; Create short/long-term marketing strategies; Manage the marketing activities by working with outside printing agencies and community groups to maximize the marketing opportunities for the specific property; Develop marketing plans for the property by working closely with property managers, ensuring that the company corporate strategy is always followed; Plan annual marketing program & develop and monitor the marketing budget; Create & coordinate advertising programs, market research and oversee Customer Service; Handle all communications and public relations with management and tenants for the assigned property and within the industry and community; Direct and execute all advertisements and promotional materials; Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs against desired results; Maintain in depth knowledge of real estate market, competition and trends which may influence business and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have a post secondary education and a minimum of three (3) years direct marketing/promotional/event planning experience, preferably in the Property Management or retail environment and Have or working toward Certified Marketing Director (CMD) designation or marketing diploma.
