Making environmentally responsible decisions that protect the Earth has become an important part of how we manage real estate.
Redcliff recognizes that we have an obligation to help preserve our Earth’s resources for future generations. It is also important to us to ensure your office is a healthy place to work today.

Using the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Canada’s Go Green Plus Program as a starting point, we have been implementing a new framework of environmental conduct across our entire business and all aspects of our service delivery. As such, this framework also extends to our partners. Beyond basic economic factors, our selection of new service partners includes how well they reflect and share our core environmental values.

In the short term, we are working on key initiatives and standards for environmental procurement, waste reduction and energy efficiency. We are also measuring the environmental performance of our buildings using BOMA’s Go Green Plus Program and instituting the program’s best practices to deliver enhanced building management processes.

Over the long term, we will expand the critical areas of our “Earth Initiative” to also include natural resource usage reduction (including water), reduction of air emissions, elimination or control of hazardous materials and products and additional improvements to indoor air quality. We invite you to visit our website regularly for updates on our progress and to do your part in protecting the one irreplaceable home we all share, our Earth.
