Building operations and site maintenance - highly skilled operators ensure the streamlined workflow of all building systems through the Angus AnyWhereâ„¢ maintenance management system including mechanical, electrical, fire protection, life safety, security and parking systems; general maintenance includes housekeeping, landscaping, snow removal and exterior cleaning Marketing - promoting the Redcliff brand through many vehicles including: corporate sponsorships of industry events; creation of broker events; creating and maintaining an array of tenant services programs; advertising and fund raising activities Leasing - in-house team of leasing specialists; interaction and relationship building with tenants and brokers; coordinating property marketing initiatives Finance and accounting - maintain records of all financial statements and transactions for each property; accounts payable/receivable; creating customized financial documents for building owners; budgeting process; reporting systems Construction management - space planning, design and construction of tenant space and building improvements; obtain all required approvals and coordinate projects from inception to completion Tenant services - on-line maintenance request program; on-line concierge; tenant newsletter; tenant events; toll free line and after hours building services Lease administration - develop standardized lease policies, procedures and documents; conduct lease audits; conduct negotiations with tenants or their solicitor; maintain legal library
