Sam Schembri is the Chief Financial Officer for Redcliff Realty Management and has been since the inception of Emerald Management in 1995. Sam is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, finance and corporate administration. He is a Chartered Accountant and has extensive experience in dealing with the financial and accounting aspects of managing real estate assets. Prior to Redcliff, Sam was with a real estate consulting and management firm for 7 years as Chief Financial Officer and with Price Waterhouse in Toronto for nearly 12 years.

Jonty Fleischer is responsible for overseeing all operations, and leasing activities for Redcliff Realty Management´s commercial properties in Canada. He has two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry within property management, leasing, acquisitions and development. Jonty emigrated from South Africa where he was Managing Director of NK Properties Ltd., a REIT formerly listed on the Johannesburg and London Stock Exchanges.

He has been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years and has expertise in both the retail and commercial sectors. Don has extensive experience in retail including property management, leasing and development. Prior to joining Redcliff, Don was with Oxford Properties, Brookfield Properties and Markborough Properties.

Wayne Chernecki is responsible for overseeing all operations, leasing and business development activities for Redcliff Realty Management´s commercial properties in Western Canada. Prior to joining Redcliff, Wayne was a Senior Vice President at O&Y Enterprise Manitoba and had the overall responsibility for the leasing and asset management of the office, industrial and retail properties. Prior to O&Y Enterprise, Wayne spent 17 years with Merit Properties and its affiliates in senior roles.

Bill Prittie is responsible for the property management operations of Redcliff Realty
Management´s commercial properties in central Canada . Bill has over 20 years of experience in the management of commercial real estate. Prior to joining Redcliff, Bill was responsible for the leasing, property management and marketing of Morguard´s Toronto retail properties and also spent 8 years with Bramalea in property management positions for office and mixed-use properties.

David Wyatt has been with Redcliff Realty Management since 2003 and is responsible for the overall retail leasing in Canada. He has been involved in shopping centre real estate for over 15 years and has experience in property management, development, and shopping centre marketing. Prior to joining Redcliff, David worked with Cambridge Shopping Centres, Ivanhoe Cambridge, and a regional real estate company in his home town of Windsor, Ontario.

In her role at Redcliff Realty Management, Gina Papazian is responsible for Human Resources, Insurance and Risk Management and Office Services. Her mandate includes developing and establishing policies and processes that support risk management principles, and employment and labour relations activities nationally. Prior to joining Redcliff, Gina held similar positions with CREIT Management Limited/The Dorchester Oaks Group and the Lehndorff Group of Companies.
